About the Owner
Kristine Meggenberg got her start in recruiting at a $6B international staffing firm. During her time there, Kristine received the award for Rookie of Year and was promoted to Branch Manager.
As Branch Manager, Kristine was working with her own clients and managing a team. Over the years, Kristine realized what she loved most about her job was working with clients to find the perfect candidate for them. The KPM Agency was started in December 2019 and Kristine couldn’t be more excited about the agency’s growth.
